Policies & Must Know Information

Policy

Once we receive payment for your order, your order will be put into production. We offer a 24 hour grace period to cancel an order that was ordered in error. 

Customized orders are non-refundable, (only exception, is error made by artist)
Acceptable form of payment; Cash (local only), Credit, PayPal & Payment through Instant Messenger.
Sorry we do not accept Checks.


Art Work Approvals

Orders that  require approval of 

design /artwork must be approved within 48 hours of receiving the artwork from Wood & Me.  Approval requests that go unapproved by customer beyond 48 hours will be created based on customer supplied information. We must adhere to a schedule & by approving your artwork in a timely manner this ensures lead-time achievements.


Invoicing Customers

Wood & Me is unable to create invoices to send to customers. On a rare occasion we might be able to invoice, however due to the large volume of products most all of our work is listed for purchase in our shop. Our shop offers a section when placing your order for additional details that you would like your artist to know.



EVENT POLICIES

Each event has specific policies listed on the application and your invoice. Please be sure to read all documents as they are a legal binding agreement.








Signs

Most all of our signs are hand-painted or stained. Stain or paint can seep through cracks when crafting so there could be product on the back of your art piece. In most cases we do not paint the back of our signs but can for an additional fee. Please contact us right away to let us know you would like to add that service to your order.

All creations may vary with different color shades , i.e. different shades of Reds, Whites, Blues etc. We will not refund or remake any signs if exact shade colors are not specified prior to creation. We will also not refund any artwork piece due to knocks, grooves or splits. We carefully pick each piece to provide the best quality. We will not refund or replace any piece that displays these special characters as they are part of the natural beauty.


*IMPORTANT FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS

All signs set for pickup must be picked up within a reasonable amount of time ,i.e.within 7 days upon completion.
Any signs not picked up within 30 days, will be considered abandoned & forfeited and are non-refundable. Please understand we do not have the additional space to store product that has not been picked up by the customer.


FINAL ARTWORK APPROVAL 

All custom artwork will require final approval by customer before final application is started.

Final request to approve will come in the form of an email, text or instant message. 

ANY and ALL prior correspondence ( I.e. email, text, instant messenger, paperwork, receipts) will be considered null & void to final application approval. 

In the event a custom piece created after approval of customer is incorrect , customer will incure a correction fee of $35.00 per item, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Correction lead time will be the same days as a new order of 10-14 days.

T-Shirts & Other Printed Items


All T-Shirts, Kitchen Towels etc. are created using a top grade heat transfer vinyl. Your customized order is created right from our shop using a heat press and packaged neatly to arrive in excellent condition.




RIGHTS to BOOK of BUSINESS


All proofs, and pictures that are created by Wood & Me shall not be shared, copied, modified or distributed without the consent in writing from Wood & Me.

By authorizing and paying for your purchase, you agree to have your custom purchase in our book of business to display. (ie. photos, catalog, flyers,etc.)


LEAD TIME

Typical lead time is  7 to 10 working days but could be longer due to holidays. 

Should you need your order sooner than the standard lead-time you may select the "Rush My Order" option. Your artist will contact you via email to provide an ETA of your item(s).
