Must Know Information



Customers are responsible for providing the correct address upon checking out.

Once your order has shipped, we will be unable to guarantee that we can intercept and re-route an order that has the wrong address. 

Should the order be returned to us as undelivered the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs to resend. PLEASE CHECK FOR ADDRESS ERRORS before submitting your order. 

*We also do not combine shipping nor can we add items to an already pending order. This can cause inaccurate shipping calculations, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PLEASE NOTE:  We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your product(s) have shipped,  we have met our contractual obligation. 

We are happy to assist with requesting GPS tracking be done with the carrier that your items have shipped with however we also recommend that customers file a police report with their local department.

Should any charge(s) be disputed on a package shown delivered, we will be left no option but dispute the claim and provide a proof  of delivery. 

We apologize in advance but we simply cannot  remake items & send for free.

Product Lead Times

Typical lead time is  10 to 14 business days  (excluding shipping) but could be longer during Holiday Season.

Should you need your order sooner than the standard lead-time you may select the "Rush My Order" option. Your artist will contact you via email to provide an ETA of your item(s).

Final Artwork Approvals

All custom artwork will require final approval by customer before final application is started.

Final request to approve will come in the form of an email, text or instant message. 

ANY and ALL prior correspondence ( I.e. email, text, instant messenger, paperwork, receipts) will be considered null & void to final application approval. 

In the event a custom piece created after approval of customer is incorrect , customer will incur a correction fee of $35.00 per item, Sorry but we are unable to make exceptions to this policy. Correction lead time will be the same days as a new order of 10-14 days. 


Product Creations - Signs

Most all of our signs are hand-painted or stained. Stain or paint can seep through cracks when crafting so there could be product on the back of your art piece. In most cases we do not paint the back of our signs but can for an additional fee. Please contact us right away to let us know you would like to add that service to your order.  

All creations may vary with different color shades , i.e. different shades of Reds, Whites, Blues etc. We will not refund or remake any signs if exact shade colors are not specified prior to creation. We will also not refund any artwork piece due to knocks, grooves or splits. We carefully pick each piece to provide the best quality. We will not refund or replace any piece that displays these special characters as they are part of the natural beauty.

Local Customer Pickup

All signs set for pickup must be picked up within a reasonable amount of time ,i.e.within 7 days upon completion. Any signs not picked up within 30 days, will be considered abandoned & forfeited and are non-refundable. Please understand we do not have the additional space to store product that has not been picked up by the customer. 

Heat Transfer Products

All T-Shirts, Kitchen Towels etc. are created using a top grade heat transfer vinyl. Your customized order is created right from our shop using a heat press and packaged neatly to arrive in excellent condition .

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted on products that are damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for further directive on next steps.
  • Claims for damaged product after 5 days of delivery will not be honored.
  • Custom orders are non-returnable unless we have made an error, all sales are final on custom orders.
  • Customer return requests will be honored with store credit only unless we have made an error on your order. 
  • Store credit will be given upon receipt of goods and verification of product being in its original condition.
  • Customer will be responsible for shipping product back at their expense & a restocking fee of 20% will apply.

Rights to Book of Business

All proofs, and pictures that are created by Artisan Treasures shall not be shared, copied, modified or distributed without the consent in writing from Artisan Treasures.

By authorizing and paying for your purchase, you agree to have your custom purchase in our book of business to display. (ie. photos, catalog, flyers,etc.)

Customer Invoicing

Artisan Treasures is unable to create invoices to send to customers. On a rare occasion we might be able to invoice, however due to the large volume of products most all of our work is listed for purchase in our shop. Our shop offers a section when placing your order for additional details that you would like your artist to know. 


Common Q & A

Can I return my custom order?

All custom sales are final. Should there be an error made by our shop we will gladly repair or replace ( we decides best resolution) at no charge to you.
If error is made by the buyer we can talk about if there is an option to fix and discuss further details to allow you to decide what best works for you.


My product came damaged

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods for instructions on how to proceed.
*Disclaimer- Damaged Packing does not qualify for replacement unless product inside has been damaged. Packing (i.e. box, envelope etc.) is for product protection during transit and does not qualify as damaged product.

International Shipping

We are not responsible for any additional shipping duties when shipping international. Buyer assumes all responsibilities for additional shipping fees when shipping an international order.

Knots, Grains, Grooves of Natural Wood

Our products are made from real wood. Please note some pieces will display the natural beauty, i.e. (knots, grain, grooves, etc.) that are considered the beautiful character of each piece. We do not alter these beauty marks because it is what defines each individual creation. We will not refund or replace any items displaying these characters. We carefully select each piece and ensure our quality and one of a kind pieces meet our Q.C. Inspections prior to applications and completing your order.

My package was stolen, what do I do?

This is a terrible thing when it happens. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier & asking them to provide GPS tracking, you should also file a police report.
Please note, our shop is not responsible for stolen packages that have been scanned as delivered.
We simply cannot remake & ship due to theft. All orders are consider completed and seller contractual obligation is fulfilled once they are in the hands of the carrier.

Returning for Credit

Should you be given the authorization by a representative of Artisan Treasures to return product, credit will not be issued until physical goods have been delivered back to our warehouse.
Please also note ALL items must be returned and in resalable condition.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%, unless waived by seller.


I am not happy with the stain color or paint choice, what do I do?

Please make sure to thoroughly ask questions and view paint / stain charts before purchasing. We use very common products
( Minwax Stains & Folk Art Paints ) that can be found on most any shelves world wide. If you aren't certain you will love it, visit a local store first to get a better idea of your color selections.


How can I cancel my order?

Our NO-cancellation policy is firm. We immediately put your order into production once payment is received. Please make sure you will be super happy with no buyer regrets before making your purchase.
